To provide a hand’s on, and more intensive level of leadership development, Paul Callan will travel to your work site to work with you directly.

Paul will provide tailored, targeted training for Chief Executives, executive teams, and staffs. Paul Callan has developed innovative models and training agendas tailored specifically to the challenges and opportunities unique to top executives.

Paul is also available to provide mentoring, as an augment to a previous seminar or to more fully teach core concepts. He will work one-on-one with select individuals on tailored and targeted leadership topics. Mentoring sessions provide guidance and personalized facilitation challenging the client to move beyond their comfort zone and capability level.
