Paul Callan – Creator, Founder, and Facilitator

Mr. Callan is the sole creator of The Callan Course™ and is the primary facilitator, coach, and mentor for all Callan Course events and material. All course material is based on the experiences, expertise, and life journey of Mr. Callan. With nearly 30 years in the Marine Corps and executive experience in the private sector, Mr. Callan has extensive experience leading people and transforming organizations into champions and models of excellence. Mr. Callan has a BA from Colgate University and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Naval War College with and MA in National Security and Strategic Studies.

Jenn Herman – Director of Training & Design

Ms. Herman has been with The Callan Course™ since its inception and is responsible for ensuring the comprehensiveness of the course material and how it applies to your organization as well as coordinating the design and ambiance of The Callan Course presentations. She will ensure that the material presented to your organization is tailored and customized to meet your needs. Ms. Herman has many years of experience creating and producing training manuals and instructional workshops. Ms. Herman has a broad career and educational background including a BA and Master’s degree.

Kimberly Robling – Marketing & Events Coordinator

Ms. Robling is the primary team member responsible for maintaining our social media presence and for coordinating your event to ensure that you receive the utmost commitment from Paul Callan and The Callan Course events. She will work with your organization in a one-on-one fashion to provide you with the best schedule of events in order to maximize the efficiency and experience for your organization. Ms. Robling has years of experience in event planning for a variety of industries in locations all around the world. Ms. Robling has her BA in Political Science.

Heidi Arcilla – Design Assistant

Ms. Arcilla has come to us with her marketing and design talents to assist in the production and marketing of The Callan Course. It is with her hard work and detailed creativity that we can ensure that each presentation exceeds your expectations. Ms. Arcilla has been developing her experience in marketing and design while previously working with companies such as Phillips and Nordstrom. She has her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Cal State San Marcos.
